Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 1. Cancellation Policy:
  • 1.1. Advertisement Campaigns: Once an advertisement campaign is submitted and confirmed by the client, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. This is because we immediately start the process of displaying the advertisement on our website, and therefore, cancellation is not feasible.
  • 2. Refund Policy:
  • 2.1. Non-Performance of Services: In the unlikely event that Contact Chai Services fails to display the advertisement on our website due to technical issues or any other reasons beyond our control, we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a refund to the client for the non-performance of the service.
  • 2.2. Payment Errors: If you have made an erroneous payment, such as duplicate transactions or overpayment, please contact us immediately with the relevant details. We will review your request and, if verified, initiate a refund for the excess amount paid.
  • 2.3. No Refunds for Advertisements Displayed: Once a service or product is displayed no refund will be made.
  • 2.4. In case of refund, the amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • 2.5. No Refund for Advertisements Removed by the Authority: If it is found that the information provided by any client on Contact Chai Services database is wrong, misleading, offensive, harmful, illegal, unauthorized or otherwise inappropriate, the account will be deleted immediately and no refund will be made if an advertisement is removed for this reason by the authority or at the party's decision.
  • 2.6. No Refund for Advertisement Removed or Account Cancelled or Deleted by the Advertiser: No refund will be made if a client cancels or deletes his or her account or an advertiser cancels the advertisement before the stimulated time period.
  • 3. Disputes and Resolution:
  • 3.1. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our cancellation and refund policy, please reach us through the details given in the "Contact Us" section of our website. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and work towards a resolution.
  • 4. Please Note:
  • 4.1. All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the occurrence of the eligible refund event.
  • 4.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • 4.3. We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and the changes will be effective immediately.
